Principal
Pierre founded LTBC Capital Advisors LLC in 2005. Prior to
LTBC Pierre was employed at TH&T Private Asset Management from March
2004 to March 2005 and at its predecessor Testa, Hurwitz & Thibeault, LLP�s Trust and Fiduciary Group
from June 1991 to March 2004 as a Senior Portfolio Manager. While at TH&T Pierre managed assets in
excess of $150 million. Responsiblities included asset allocation, fundamental securities
analysis, trading and all aspects of devising and implementing the investment strategy along with the
supervision of another financial analyst.
Pierre also served as TH&T�s Accounting Manager prior to attending graduate school full-time.
While obtaining his MBA, Pierre and a fellow student did research for and co-authored sections of a book titled The First Junk Bond, A Story of
Corporate Boom and Bust written by Professor Harlan Platt.
Prior to TH&T Pierre worked for State Street Bank and Trust (SSB&T) as a Mutual Fund Accountant.
While at NU Pierre had four cooperative education assignments, two at SSB&T
and at two public accounting firms. At SSB&T Pierre's work on various mutual funds included
comprehensive accounting, daily valuations for national publication and custodial services. Many
of the funds were new, innovative or troubled and included equity, debt, government, high yield,
municipal, money market, collateralized securities, derivatives, foreign exchange and international debt and
equities.
Pierre received a Bachelor of Science from Northeastern University (NU) with a Major in Accounting in
1987 and a MBA from NU�s Graduate School of Business Administration in 1991. Pierre is a member of
the CFA Institute, (formerly the Association of Investment Management and Research (AIMR)) and the
Boston Security Analyst Society.
